Reservations are being made on a first-come-first-served basis. $10 per person donations will be collected at the door. Checks should be made out to "Foodshare". We will not be able to provide receipts for tax purposed at the door. If you'd like a receipt please pay by check, making sure that your mailing address appears on the check.

Event will be video and audio taped and that Registrants may be filmed as part of the audience and that by completing this registration, you are granting permission for each Registrant to be videotaped for commercial purposes and agree to the following: being filmed, videotaped, audio taped or photographed by any means; full use of Registrant’s likeness, voice and words without compensation; specifically waiving all rights of privacy during the videotaping or filming and release Presenter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees from liability for loss, damage or compensation for the use of Registrant’s likeness, voice and words; compliance with all rules and regulations of the Event.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, to the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to WAIVE, DISCHARGE CLAIMS, AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY, and to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Presenter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, from any and all liability on account of, or in any way resulting from injuries and damages in any way connected with the Event. You understand and intend that this assumption of risk and release is binding upon your heirs, executors, agents, administrators and assigns, and includes any minors accompanying you at the Event.
